Bearings used in the papermaking process of the papermaking industry are largely Spherical Roller Bearings. Our heavy-duty bronze cage bearing design is suited to many large roll applications and contains features to achieve the optimum performance of your equipment. Features include increased internal radial clearance (C3, C4, C5) for greater operating temperatures, and special tolerances for greater accuracy, as well as many other standard modifications. Other standard bearing types such as Tapered Roller Bearings, Cylindrical Roller Bearings, and Ball Bearings are used on the secondary process equipment. American also manufactures a line of Special Bearings that are unique to older Paper Making equipment. Ladder bearings for converters and self-aligning cylindrical roller bearings found on older equipment. Think of American when you need large bore, heavy-duty bearings for your Paper Mill.

Bearings We Offer

American Roller Bearing primarily makes heavy duty bearings that are used in various industries in the US and around the world. Not only must our industrial class bearings provide long in-service life from a rolling fatigue criterion, but they must also hold together structurally from impacts, overloads, and occasional high-speed excursions. The design of every heavy-duty bearing has been optimized to this end, including our large bore bearings.
